中译英时采用谷歌翻译和人工翻译之比较
例一
原文：

谷歌翻译 ：

点评：“本着对体育的热爱，对教育的热情，为了让更多人感受到壁球的快乐”这句是很典型的中文句式，省略了主语“俱乐部的创始人”，因这一省略，导致谷歌翻译出来的句子虽然就英文语法句式上好像没有问题，但表达的意思原文相差太远，逻辑也不通。
例三
原文：

谷歌翻译：

点评：“每个月10日”可理解为“每个月的第10天”或“每个月中有10天”，谷歌采用逐字翻译。“深学全民免费开放日”类似这种中文短语应该是机器翻译最难处理的，“深学”是个社会机构的名称，“深学全民”居然被谷歌揉在一起，翻译为“for all schools”,好笑。
例四
原文：
项目都是经过2月23日专题会原则同意后才报上来的!
谷歌翻译：
The projects were submitted after the principled approval of the special meeting on February 23!
人工翻译：
The report on projects are submitted on the basis of the agreement by the special meeting on February 23.
点评：“项目”其实指“（关于）项目的报告”，中文重意不重形，“projects were submitted”在逻辑上是不通的，主谓搭配不当。这类中文讲得通，但翻译成英文需要重新敲定主语（即陈述对象）的例子太多了。
例五
原文：
本集团从事的业务主要面对下列金融风险。
谷歌翻译：The business of the Group mainly faces the following financial risks。
人工翻译： The Group faces the following financial risks in conducting its businesses.
点评：人工翻译更符合逻辑和母语者的思维习惯。
6. 短期银行贷款均为香港及大陆银行贷款。
谷歌翻译：Short-term bank loans are all Hong Kong and mainland bank loans.
人工翻译：Short-term bank loans are all supplied by the banks in Hong Kong and mainland.
点评：原文是中文典型的句式，翻译时需要进行转换，不能逐字对译，机器翻译对这种需要对原文进行拆解的句子无能为力。
